Sophia Warner - Great Britain Paralympic Athlete
Hello and welcome to my website. I am an international athlete who just happens to have Cerebral Palsy, a life-long condition that affects motor control. I competed in the London 2012 Paralympic Games - coming 4th in the Women's T35 100m and 4th in the Women's T35 200m - and won a bronze medal in the T35 100m at the Sainsbury's Anniversary Games in 2013.

Other medals include a silver in the T35 100m and bronze in the T35 200m at the 2012 IPC Athletics European Championships, following up my bronze in the T35 100m and silver in the T35 200m at the IPC Athletics World Championships in 2011.

I am very grateful to the sponsors who supported me in the lead up to London 2012 Paralympic Games, enabling me to take a sabbatical from my career in marketing (I am now Commercial Director of British Athletics) in order to get into the very best shape I could be, and continue to support me in my international athletics career.

I have already helped generate plenty of press coverage and goodwill for my sponsors (see my News page) and I love getting involved in corporate social responsibility programmes and speaking at schools, clubs and companies, sharing my story with children, employees and business people.
